I’m Lindsey,
a Senior UX Designer with a decade of experience helping teams scale complex digital products. My work focuses on design systems, governance, accessibility, and the standards that help products ship without losing usability.
Most recently, I designed Amazon's multi-item returns experience, balancing customer needs, business goals, and operational complexity. Before that, I worked across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, helping unify design systems and establish standards for distributed teams.
Outside of client work, I mentor designers, write about systems thinking and AI-enhanced design workflows, and explore how emerging tools can support the design process without replacing human judgment.
